I do like to measure the quality of this blog by RSS and by other metrics, such as how many people do like to link back to my content, these are measure metrics I do like.</description>

		<description>Astrit - these are great points.  And I have to agree that running a competition to get more RSS subscribers may make you feel more popular.  But the truth is, most of them will probably only subscribe to win a prize - not because they&#039;re interested in your content.

I ran a competition to attract people to my blog last year.  Then I realised - the people I attracted weren&#039;t interested in reading - they just wanted to win a prize.  It was completely pointless.</description>
