There are several methods to do that using redirects from php, html meta or javascript but I have written a wordpress plugin that combined them and let's you manage them from a nice web interface inside wordpress admin without having to write any code. For example, the link www.memoriasfracas.com/shop/harrypotter goes to a price comparison site which uses really big URLs.
