Joost a new way of watching TV

While i was surfing on the net and listening music on MTV i saw a commercial that was speaking about a new way of watching TV, it was Joost that he was talking about and the URL was given in the bottom of the screen. I was curious to find out what was this, was it a YouTube like site or it was something new. Indeed, while i was typing the URI they were talking about that this is not a youtube like site, it actually is really a new way of watching TV.
It has something like 72 different TV channels.

Practically if once to watch TV with your friends you had to be in the same room, now you can do it from anywhere, all you need is a computer, internet connection and Joost.

Are we close to the new era? 😉
